Local Artist: Diarmuid Harrington

Diarmuid Harrington is Irish, lived on the West Coast, met his French wife and became The Local Artist in Paris. Poetry aside, his watercolors are beautiful, like Paris never was after a drenching spray of fall hail and rain on the glorious quai des Messegeries, just above Paris Plage.
